Three Different “Best”
Some guides mix these up. They are three different jobs:
If you only log in for a couple of shifts, hourly rate wins. If you play every day, weekly max is what actually pays your rent.
Best Job at Every Career Stage

How to Actually Get There
Pick a career early. Switching jobs restarts you at level 1 of the new career, so hopping between careers wastes progress. The calculator shows what each switch would cost you.
Skills gate promotions. You need 100% performance and the skill level for the next rank — most careers want skill 1 → 3 → 5 → 7 as you climb. Train the career skill while your performance bar fills.
Days matter more than title. A L4 job you can work 6 days a week often out-earns a L5 job with fewer shifts. That is why the calculator asks how many days you actually play.
Tax kicks in late. You only pay tax on earnings past the first ₦1,000,000 in a week — irrelevant early, noticeable at endgame income.
